The Medical Image Analysis Laboratory from Communication Technologies Group (GTC) at Aragon Institute for Engineering Research (I3A) has several job openings:

• 1 Post-doctoral.

Research team: Medical Image Analysis Laboratory from Communication Technologies Group (GTC) at Aragon Institute for Engineering Research (I3A) - University of Zaragoza.

Current research projects are in the field of computational anatomy, non-rigid registration and brain morphometry from MR images.

Candidates with skills on some of the following topics are sought:

• Programming for performance.
• Parallel programming (OpenMP, GPU), scientific computing.
• Maths: finite/infinite dimension group theory, differential geometry, numerical analysis.
• Programming skills and Matlab knowledge will be valuable.

Candidates for the post-doctoral fellowship must have PhD in physics, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, neuroscience or other related fields.
