The Reference Network on Theoretical and Computational Chemistry brings together researchers from a total of 20 research groups accredited by the Catalan autonomous government (Generalitat de Catalunya), who are working in this discipline in different Catalan institutions; in particular in Universities, the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the Institutes of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

This network has around 200 researchers and a high-qualified team of sysadmins and developers specializing in High-Performance computing, clustering and High-Availability.
